Resumen
The project that intends the initial application of the geographic information system, which allows a complete analysis of the socioeconomic and environmental problems, in order to provide an effective tool for the study of the way in which the Military Forces can intervene in these areas in a positive way for the sustainable development of these municipalities, since there is a paradigm shift in the Public Force, where the main function is to mitigate and anticipate the risk and vulnerability factors. Taking into account the 160 municipalities prioritized by the Colombian Military Forces Command and the technical and theoretical capacities acquired during the development of the Cadastral and Geodesy Engineering career, this project is intended to support the School of Intelligence and its Observatory "NOVA" social tensions in the implementation of the necessary components for the design and development of a geographic information system that allows analyzing georeferenced variables the areas with the greatest environmental impact and the most economically vulnerable, through the use of spatial analysis. All of the above in order to establish spatial products that allow the high command of the National Army to make decisions and generate strategic alliances between institutions to support social, environmental and economic development programs with positive results in infrastructure, humanitarian missions and environmental protection achieving the sustainable development of these vulnerable municipalities as a final goal. In order to generate adequate analysis, various cartographic products are made with the intention of observing the density of criminal actors, illegal mining and illicit crops. An interface is designed using the Esri "Operation Dashboard" tool, using the information collected and georeferenced throughout the project which allows to visualize in real time the changes and information registered by Military Intelligence throughout the country.
