Abstract

Childhood / s as a thread can be frayed, added, tangled, broken, split, sewn, put together, patched, but if it is to be treated as such - a voice yarn - it makes visible the latent seam of the ways in which it is represented for the adult, this is why through this text, I put into question several things: how to become an infant in the Bronx sector, how I recognize my own childhood and how my stay in this sector influenced my position as an artist and led me to wonder about the place we occupy as infants in contemporary times. The configuration of an infant memory in the adult soul is key to a sensitive construction process that allows creation to emerge as an act of insurgent irruption and emancipation. In its development, the text proposes the (Re)medy as a methodology, where the dialogue and the stories are central axis for the configuration of (Re)sistance, (Re) existence and (Re) silence processes.
