| dc.description | La sistematización de las actividades administrativas que tradicionalmente se han hecho de forma manual desde hace algunas décadas han tenido un impacto positivo no solo en la sociedad, sino también en los sectores productivos o de servicios gracias al desarrollo de sistemas informáticos. A pesar de este avance tecnológico, aún es tema de estudio la optimización de recursos y la capacitación del personal en el manejo en este tipo de recursos. La problemática crece cuando en los estados de pobreza extrema los servicios de atención a la población llegan desfasados e incompletos. En el estado de Guerrero, México, teniendo como capital la ciudad de Chilpancingo de los Bravo, se implementó un sistema de cómputo diseñado a la medida del primer Hospital de atención a la madre y el niño Guerrerense, que permite un control de la información individual de los pacientes, así como su historial clínico, por medio de expedientes de salud electrónicos. Los resultados de este sistema se reflejan en el momento de la atención prestada a los pacientes y el control que se tiene para el seguimiento de cada caso clínico. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The systematization of administrative activities that have traditionally been done manually for some decades have had a positive impact not only in our society but also in the service and productive sectors through the development of computer systems. But despite this technological advancement, it is still a subject of study optimizing resources and staff training in handling this type of technology. The problem grows when in states of extreme poverty, care services to the population get outdated and incomplete. In Chilpancingo de los Bravo, the capital city of the State of Guerrero, a computer system was designed to fit a hospital called “Hospital de la Madre y del Niño Guerrerense”, in order to have a better control on every patient information by recording their health records through electronic health records.
