Comparación de la Renta del Suelo Rural por Medio de la Evaluación de las Actividades de Ganadería de Ceba y el Cultivo de Plátano Dominico Hartón en los Suelos Clase Agrologica IV del Municipio de Pereira

Abstract

This document makes a comparison of the rural land rent in Pereira comparing among cultivation of the Dominican banana and the fattening cattle making economic balances and the detailed budgets with consultation of prices and costs in the field and bibliographical consultations for each sector. As a result of this comparison, concluded that the largest and best use of these activities corresponds to the cultivation of bananas, generates more profits and rents per unit area, but requires more investments for its establishment and maintenance than the fattening cattle, on the other hand the values estimate in this study are adjusted to the values obtained through market research.
