Resumen
In this document a description of the problem is made (increase in the amount of information sent through the internet and optimization of current optical networks) which is to be solved with this degree work, followed by the introduction and justification of the total or partial solution of the problem. Later the thematic frame (characteristics of the optical fiber, optical sources, optical modulation) and the state of the art (methods of generation of signals of Radio on Fiber) is proposed. Then the design process and the simulation are carried out by transmitting a single RF signal, then RF carriers are added, and the results are taken and conclusions are obtained. Finally, a baseband signal is added, obtaining three RF subcarriers and one baseband signal. Each of the results obtained was compared using different methods of optical modulation and different methods of reconstructing the signal in the reception part. The comparison items of each of the systems were BER and Interference between symbols. Finally, the conclusions generated during the study of the respective topic are reflected.
