Resumen
Urban semiotics is an element of territorial analysis that seeks to understand the dynamics implicit in the valorization of the territory from those who inhabit it and perceive it through the urban experience. This work identifies the relationships that the Bosa Porvenir neighborhood presents with the arrival of the University and the urbanization that is woven between the different social fabrics, in addition to understanding the relationship between cultural capital and its environment.

La semiótica urbana es un elemento de análisis territorial que busca comprender las dinámicas implícitas en la valorización del territorio a partir de quienes lo habitan y lo perciben a través de la experiencia urbana. Este trabajo identifica las relaciones que presenta el barrio Bosa Porvenir con la llegada de la Universidad y la urbanización que se teje entre los diferentes tejidos sociales, además de comprender la relación entre el capital cultural y su entorno.
