Abstract

The program concludes by highlighting the importance of promoting community leadership from childhood and youth. The need to work together with educational institutions, local governments and community organizations to create spaces for participation and empowerment for young people is highlighted. The radio program "Voses y Regiones" presents an optimistic vision about the future of community leadership in Colombia. By highlighting the importance of involving young people and promoting the training of leaders, it is positioned as a valuable tool to strengthen the social fabric and encourage citizen participation. However, some challenges that must be addressed are also identified, such as the need for greater institutional support and overcoming resistance to change.
