Propuesta para la automatización de los procesos de gestión contractual en la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

The following work shows a prototype on the automation of the contractual management process applied to one of the types of contracting (Contracting Provision of Services-CPS) chosen after carrying out a statistical analysis of the last four years, which resulted as a result the type of contraction most used, CPS. In addition, a summary is shown detailing all the current regulations governing the recruitment at the Francisco José de Caldas District University. For the case study, a BPM suite (BIZAGI) was used, which contains the necessary tools for the modeling and automation of any process. The above was carried out through the application of Bizagi Modeler, which provides the BPMN tools for modeling and later with BIzagi Studio the automation of the processes. Bizagi Modeler is a tool for managing process diagrams, which allowed the creation of diagrams based on the BPMN standard, using Bizagi Studio these diagrams were converted into applications that allow the interaction of different activities in real time. With the automation of processes an improvement of the contractual management process is expected, obtaining indicators that allow to evaluate in real time and historically the process, in addition to showing in a simple and clear way how the hiring is done in the District University.
