Diagnóstico y estructuración de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la empresa Skynny Investment S.A.S. siguiendo la normatividad del decreto 1072-2015

Abstract

This internship work shows the development of an initial structuring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) that provides a minimum base documentation required in companies that wish to design and implement the system meeting the requirements of Colombian regulations, specifically developed in the small company SKINNY INVESTMENT SAS which is dedicated to the development of bakery products, it is based on an initial evaluation that indicates the current state of the company in terms of occupational safety and health in order to identify priorities and the work plan to follow based on the fundamental concept of management systems: the PHVA cycle, subsequently the identification of hazards and evaluation, assessment of risks that occur in work environments is executed and with this the intervention measures necessary to mitigate the impact on health are determined from the workers.
