Se ha dicho constantemente que los humedales ya no son botaderos de basuras, o mal llamados “caños”, porque han empezado a recobrar el valor que se ha perdido con el accionar antropológico sobre ellos. En la Universidad Distrital, el grupo de Investigación GEA (Grupo de Estudios Ambientales) junto con el Semillero de investigación Competitividad Económica Ambiental -CEA ha desarrollado diferentes proyectos de investigación a estos ecosistemas en el distrito capital, comenzando por los humedales Santa María del Lago, Capellanía y Córdoba, para reconocer a los humedales no solo por sus funciones, sino además por sus relaciones con otros componentes.Palabras claveFunciones, humedales, perspectivas (social, cultural, económica, ambiental), disposición, actores.AbstractIt has constantly said that wetlands are not garbage dumps, or so-called "pipes" because they have begun to recover the value lost to the anthropological drive them.
