Abstract

This undergraduate project has as its main objective to redesign the in-plant distribution of Líneas creativas, Publicaciones LTDA,, a company dedicated to the production of graphic arts, in this way a methodological process is carried out that consists of three phases that consist in the recognition of the plant and the production process and also theoretical information is collected to give fruit to the project and finally the design of the proposal through a plan ending. A study of times, units produced and a path matrix, a rectilinear distance table is designed which manages to indicate the optimal order of each machine in process and that is how the Layout is determined by the function of each of these machines and a grouping in the order of the process to avoid downtime and increase production, which also has a positive influence on the work environment by reducing the disorder in the plant which facilitates its travel and reduces stress.
