Acuerdo Número 23 de 1891 sobre impuesto a mercancias extranjeras

Abstract

From the first of next August the sum of one peso and fifty cents will be charged for each load of one hundred and twenty-five kilograms of foreign merchandise that is introduced to the Municipality for consumption within the same. Article 2. Repeal in all parts numeral VII of the second article of Agreement number 30, which is the subject of the present law. Art. 3. Submit the present Agreement to the approval of the Governor of the Department. Finally, it is mentioned to leave a note in the style of the Secretary of Government, so that the Governor may approve or disapprove the present law.
