Abstract

This research project involves theoretical review of the processes of knowledge management and innovation processes as an object of study and analysis of their relationship and impact from a methodology built into the development of the project, using the constant criterion y7 expert application of multivariate techniques. The development project in turn reflects the status of organizations of graphic arts in Bogotá city-region sector in the development of their processes of knowledge management and achieving innovation performance from metrics proposed by authors. With this development reflects the gaps in this field can be evidenced from the proposed in this project model, and based on the model of regional innovation system built on joint work of the company TEAM Engineering knowledge and group Business research and Technological Innovation Management (GEIT) with the support of Colciencias.
