Guía orientadora sobre la inteligencia emocional en contextos

Abstract

This degree project aims to create a physical guidance guide on Emotional Intelligence in contexts. Because of the commercial, military and diplomatic ties between South Korea and Colombia, Colombians have the opportunity to work in Korean companies in Bogotá. From my work experience of 6 years in the South Korea International Cooperation Agency - KOICA, I can say that to work in a multicultural environment, it is necessary to use emotional intelligence to make an appropriate adaptation process and generate appropriate interpersonal relationships , in other aspects. Therefore, the guiding guide on emotional intelligence in contexts, contains the results of surveys made to Korean and Colombian leaders who are employed in Korean companies in Bogotá, up to recommendations on the use of emotional intelligence. The projection of this guide is that it is part of the induction process for Colombians who are hired by a Korean company in Bogotá. The guide is an informative tool to have knowledge about Korean culture. It is of great benefit for its contents, which will be beneficial for Colombians hired in Korean companies. It also highlights the importance of the use of emotional intelligence in a multicultural context.
