Sistema de gestión de resultados de aprendizaje basado en categorías de conocimiento

Abstract

This document describes the development of a Learning Results Management System based on Knowledge Categories, implemented at the Francisco José de Caldas District University in response to the limitations presented by traditional tools in academic management. The solution consists of a web application deployed in the cloud, aimed at teachers and coordinators, that allows dynamic recording, consultation and visualization of learning results by faculty, curricular project, semester, subject and learning outcome. The system is based on a client-server architecture with a RESTful API, using technologies such as PHP, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL, guaranteeing scalability, security and accessibility. Its development was carried out under the agile SCRUM methodology, allowing a progressive implementation and iteratively validated. This tool seeks to optimize pedagogical and institutional decision-making, contribute to the continuous improvement of educational quality and align academic processes with the guidelines established by the Ministry of National Education.
