Resumen
The image contains news about Circular No. 29, from the Development Secretariat of the Government of the Province of Nueva Granada. This circular, addressed to district mayors, addresses the management of land destined for schools, specifically in response to a resolution of the Sesquilé Council. The Government indicates that if the auctioneers of the school lands have not complied with the provisions established in article 55 of ordinance 19, their auctions are considered non-subsistent. In such case, the parish attorney must request possession of said land before the competent judicial authority. Once possession is obtained, the Council has the responsibility of disposing of the land in the most beneficial way for the school. If it is decided to sell them, the Cabildo must establish the rules for said sale in accordance with article 53 of the ordinance and send a copy of the agreement to the Government to comply with article 54.
