| dc.description | The knowledge managment is at the present time a topic of great relevance, with applicability in different areas, in those where the primordial objective is the intellectual growth and in which the objective is the lucre that one can obtain and that thanks to the Technologies of the Information and the Communication (TICs) they have become a viable reality. It is a tool that the productivity increases by means of specific clear and political positions that take to a maximum use of the resources. The knowledge managment refers, especially, to the use of an intangible capital before wasted or underemployed as era the knowledge in its different expressions. | dc.description | La gestión del conocimiento es un tema de gran relevancia en la actualidad, con aplicabilidad en distintas áreas, en aquellas en donde el objetivo primordial es el crecimiento intelectual y en las cuales el objetivo es el lucro que se pueda obtener y que gracias a las Tecnologas de la Informacin y la Comunicación (TICs) se han convertido en una realidad viable. Es una herramienta que aumenta la productividad mediante planteamientos claros y políticas específicas que llevan a un aprovechamiento máximo de los recursos. La gestión del conocimiento se refiere, especialmente, al aprovechamiento de un capital intangible antes desaprovechado o subutilizado como era el conocimiento en sus diferentes expresiones. Dentro de este artículo se considera la evolución que ha tenido el concepto de conocimiento a través de la historia, luego se describirá el modelo del ciclo de vida del conocimiento como factor fundamental para entender el por qué de la gestión del conocimiento y finalmente se realizará un análisis de su aplicabilidad en el entorno de la Universidad. | es-ES |
