Resumen
This work addresses the analysis and systematization of pedagogical processes developed in the Virtual Diploma program of Basic Level Musical Formation from the Ministry of Culture, given during the second semester of 2019. For the development of the project, three stages were carried out: (1) Theoretical foundation related to guidelines of musical formation and methodological foundation about tools for collection, analysis and systematization of information; (2) fieldwork through the elaboration of field diaries and surveys implementation, and the performed interviews to both tutor teacher and participants; and (3) analysis and systematization of the collected data. The personal participation in the course allowed to make observations from the student’s perspective as well as researcher. The guidelines in the basic level of musical formation were the guidance document for the learning practices in the diploma program. The virtual platform became the classroom, as an alternative proposal for musical formation that transmits teaching ideals taken on in face-to-face courses, enabling students to relate themselves with technologies as well as substantiate and strengthen their pedagogy as teachers in town schools and teaching places in the different regions all around the country.
