Estudio de Pre-Factibilidad para la Implementación del Teletrabajo en una Empresa de Servicios Tecnológicos

Abstract

The evolution of information technology has made many companies consider telework as an option in Colombia, however there are still many organizations that do not have valid arguments to implement or consider it, for those entities that develop their economic activities in the field Of information technologies, their relationship is closer and therefore are closely linked to consider teleworking as a viable option and a direct way to generate employment. In the framework of this research, a technology and telecommunications company called Arcom S.A. Which allows establishing telework as a feasible option to carry out some of its missionary processes, in this way; It is intended to assess the feasibility of a teleworking model for the company, in which the impact that this activity can generate for the company's income will be evaluated.
