Resumen
The image contains news about the decree to remedy the shortage of innkeepers in the Republic of Colombia. This decree recognizes the lack of inns, inns and shops on public roads, which harms travelers and hinders internal traffic, in addition to limiting logistical support to troops on the march. To encourage these establishments and improve the support infrastructure on national routes and banks of navigable rivers, the decree exempts innkeepers, innkeepers and innkeepers from mandatory service in the standing army. In addition, innkeepers who establish their businesses on vacant land will be exempt from paying rent for the duration of the establishment. Those who operate on national roads that cross moors and deserts will also be exempt from municipal contributions. News published in A.N.C. Republic Section. September 9, 1825.
