Abstract

The image contains a notice about the Government Resolution on debtors, in which it is stipulated that the treasury must be informed that by virtue of the provisions of the circular of the Secretary of the Treasury dated January 2, the collection administrators will immediately proceed in use of their coercive jurisprudence to have the assets of the debtors to the national treasury and of the guarantors who have those involved reduced to prison auctioned off. Additionally, it is mentioned that after the publication of the present Law, all debtors of the public treasury must have satisfied their debts within a term of six months, with their own assets or those of their debtors. Finally, guidelines on the provisions to be issued by the Treasury to the collection administrators are mentioned, defining their duties and the tasks they are in charge of in relation to the collection of the Nation.
