Desarrollo de un prototipo de sistema telemático para mejorar la seguridad en las entregas de productos financieros certificados

Abstract

A telematics system prototype was developed to improve security in the deliveries of certified financial products through the implementation of the PHVA methodology for project management, which was divided into 4 (four) phases: plan, do, verify and Act; and for the development phase, the AUP - Agile Unified Process methodology has been used. The system works with barcode captures at the moment, the photographic record and client's signature are being designed for personalized deliveries. The purpose of this project is to improve the deliveries of financial products, optimize the journeys that the company's operators must make, and thus obtain control over the traceability of their courier services. For this purpose, JAVA has been used on the Android platform for the mobile application, web services have been simulated through Firebase - Google to obtain information and a web page is being designed for assigning delivery appointments for messenger - client products. These technological components would allow the integration of the proposed telematics system prototype.
