Abstract

The project initially led by the Governor of Bogotá, Mr. Gutiérrez Leé, now depends on the Director of the Prison, Mr. Lino María Peña, who faces difficulties due to the lack of resources and the working conditions of the prisoners. It is suggested to build dairy farms along the route for accommodation and provisions for workers, open a voluntary subscription to cover expenses and authorize deviations from the trail in case of obstacles. The purpose is to maintain the trail for future road developments, facilitating evaluations and proposals from potential investors. Despite the challenges, it is assured that with adequate resources, the work can be completed satisfactorily in a few months, highlighting the commitment and skill of Director Peña.
