Abstract

The Nature, Culture and Health program of the JBBJCM seeks to promote the connection of human beings with nature through activities that strengthen the lost link between man and the environment in which he lives, due to the excessive growth of today's societies. The importance of ancestral practices and the use of natural resources for physical and emotional health is highlighted. A pedagogical strategy focused on clay therapy was implemented in the group of care apples in San Cristóbal, which generated a great impact in the community. The main objective was to design a pedagogical strategy that would contribute to the reconnection with the natural environment in women of the "manzanas del cuidado" group through clay therapy as an ancestral medicinal tool.
