The image contains a news item about a report presented on the Cualla asylum, in which various data are given regarding it and the Misericordia hospital in which it is also mentioned that the asylum has somewhat deplorable conditions in the which bad smells are felt and in addition to this the way, for example, of carrying food is too primitive and intended for unconscious beings. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un informe presentado sobre el asilo de Cualla, en el cual se dan varios datos referentes a este y al hospital de la misericordia en el cual, también se menciona que el asilo tiene unas condiciones un poco deplorables en las cuales se sienten malos olores y además de esto la manera, por ejemplo, de llevar los alimentos es demasiado primitiva y destinada a seres inconscientes. En este documento se describe la estructura referente a los asilos y hospitales junto con la condición de quienes habitan estos lugares. Noticia publicada en el nuevo tiempo, 17 febrero de 1905.
