Pasántia formativa en prácticas editoriales

Abstract

This internship was carried out in Calle 14, a research magazine in the field of art, from the ASAB faculty of arts, which generates a circulation of knowledge in the academic community in the art field. My interest in this internship arose from my need to experience the professional world and learn from it, as well as acquire vital tools and experience in the world of work. It also responds to my admiration for the field of research, for the different themes that can be found in the magazine and its diversity of authors, which allows us to understand and learn about art from different and new perspectives. In this way, I present the different activities carried out in the internship, in which a constant learning process about the editorial practices carried out within a research journal is evident. Based on this learning and experience within the publishing house, finally, I finally made a Visual Essay to publish in the magazine, in which I explore my interests as an artist, both conceptually and plastically.
