Sin tu amor, una obra inspirada en la balada pop proceso de transformación y desarrollo de una balada canción

Abstract

The central production of this bachelor thesis is the musical composition Sin tu Amor, a piece created on the bases of the song “Sin Ti” produced at the Recording Studio and is submitted in audio file format. In the written document, the decisión-shaping process, instrumentation and motivic development as applied to initial proposed theme are described providing evidence the way in which a musical idea is progressively transformed. This is a work with a very important subjective component when it comes to explaining a creative process, the compositional intentions and the underlying ideas and emotions behind the process of musical creation. It also becomes evident the influence that the appropriate academic experience has over a personal transformation, it involves the musical ideas transformation and how these are shaped and expressed thanks to the skills developed during the academic experience as a songwriter focused on Composición y Arreglos del Proyecto Curricular de Artes Musicales. It is also worth highlighting in acquisition of compositional tools and skills, the motivic development technique, which was fundamental. The detailed description about structure, instruments and the employed technique developed the initial theme transforming it in a musical piece inspired in the pop ballad.
