Estudio de Métodos y tiempos para el proceso ejecución de estudios de seguridad en la Empresa Interworld Group

Abstract

This document is a written work in which a study of methods and times is presented that allows evaluating each of the safety studies carried out on each type of associate individually, achieving evidence of the real impact they have on the process and on general for Interworld Freight company. Statistical analysis tools and methods are also used to work with the historical data associated with this process. By means of the study presented, possible failures of the system are detected and opportunities for improvement are proposed that allow increasing the performance of the process of executing security studies. To evaluate improvement scenarios that meet the organization's objectives, a simulation model was developed that represents the system, determining the necessary resource and expected response times for each of the types of business associate.
