Si Te Obligan al Olvido, Devuélveles la Memoria: Prácticas para la Creación de Personajes

Abstract

This research is based on own questions facing the way is assumed dance and theater at the undergraduate ASAB Faculty of Arts of the University Francisco José de Caldas, they are studied separately; and aims which learn to perform an analysis of a work, so the dancer broaden their emotional repertoire through awareness and exploration of interpretation, providing theoretical and methodological approaches to character creation, giving elements through improvisation exercises and contextualization of terminologies, the historical framework referenced to the work and the different research methods, using the dramatic structure of theater and improvisation exercises proposed by Stanislavsky and Michael Chekhov authors with the research question: What contributions offer theatrical practices of the Stanislavsky and Michael Chekhov teachers to the dancers in creating characters for the construction of a piece, using as a tool the analysis of the dramatic structure of the text "El día del odio" by José Antonio Osorio Lizarazo?. Ending this process, with the presentation of the achievements of the performers to the public that will result from the proposed methodology in the construction of dramaturgy in dance.
