Abstract

The image contains news about the agreement by which a contract for the provision of water to the city by iron pipe is approved, considering: That it is a convenient extreme for the population of this city to establish the water service there. so that they are permanently within the immediate reach of the inhabitants; that they can acquire and consume them at the lowest possible cost; and that by obtaining such advantages for the public, the contract entered into by the municipal trustee with Messrs. Antonio Martínez de la Cuadra and Ramón Jimeno on April 17 last, Agrees: Single article. The contract that the municipal trustee entered into with the aforementioned gentlemen, which he contracted with the modifications that the contracting parties have subsequently agreed to make, be approved in all its parts.
