Abstract

The project has as objective general process for access to benefit of multiuser in the Conjunto Residencial Surbana VI Etapa, in accordance with the provisions of resolution 233 of 2002, because in this apartment building the proper separation of solid residues is not carried out, which generates a negative environmental impact, for which it is necessary to provide advice to be able to carry out an adequate separation and disposal end of solid residue. Given the importance of taking care of the environment, it’s necessary to make an adequate separation and disposal end of the solid residue generated in the residential complex, for it’s carried out a process of environmental education and awareness to the inhabitants of the apartment building , how to perform each of the processes of separation in the source and disposal end, which minimizes the impact on the environment, thus achieving a use best of the residue generated, which will be reflected in the minimization of the amount of residue disposed in the Sanitary Landfill of Doña Juana. Another benefit for accessing the Multiuser tariff option is the economic aspect, because the tariff of the public toilet service could be reduction in a substantial percentage. In order to carry out this project, a process of environmental education is carried out in the apartment building about of the separation of solid residue in the source, the advice to the administration of the set is made to access the benefit of multiuser, after that we carry out the proper management in the company Ciudad Limpia ESP S.A. It’s the company in charge of the provision of the public toilet service. In the same way is make an inspection of the present state of the place where are put the residues generated in the apartment building and is carried out the subsequent adaptation the same place.
