Resumen
Colombia is a country with low levels of production of edible oyster mushrooms, considering that, in the farming guild, this product is unknown and those who cultivate it or know about it, do not make relevant investments to improve the production method. This has repercussions on the supply limitations according to the market needs according to the study carried out in addition to the different bibliographies and sources of information consulted. Therefore, the purpose of this project is the design of a business plan for the future creation of an Oyster mushrooms crop producer in the municipality of La Vega - Cundinamarca; that, from the incorporation of equipment, tools and technology for the technification, contributes to the production growth compared to the artisanal production that is currently practiced. Additionally, the project will be supported by an administrative and financial pre-feasibility study necessary for its operation. For the study, the application of different techniques and methodologies, such as the Logical Framework, was considered, in order to chart the different sections; these start from a market analysis, in which the tendency and preferences of the final consumer are identified, as well as the environment that includes the product, its sector and business. Next, the project planning is addressed and then the engineering study. With the above information, the administrative study is established and concludes with the financial study, where the respective indicators considered for the pre-feasibility of the project are presented. By means of the evaluation of the results obtained, the feasibility of the execution of the project is shown according to the proposed scenarios; in which a project is established that, in investment and implementation stages, can have an acceptable return on investment, besides contributing to the development of production processes in the farming guild.
