La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un informe donde se menciona el número 41 del constituciona además de un artículo; en este informe se hacen varias observaciones sobre la necesidad del mejoramiento de los caminos, al cambiar de presidente de la junta inspector con el fin de llenar los deberes del ingeniero y aun no se ha puesto mano a los mejoramientos después de un mes, esto quiere decir que no han recibido mejora y cada dia se hayan peores; en este se encuentra más información relacionada.
