The image contains news about a note from the municipal trustee addressed to the 2nd judge, in which he states that the mayor has failed to comply with several of the articles referring to the national Constitution, to mention some of them. Article 89 appears in this image, within it different articles continue to appear which justify why they were violated and explain them in a concise and very complete way. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de una nota del síndico municipal dirigía al juez 2°, en la cual hace presente que el señor alcalde ha incumplido con varios de los artículos referentes a la Constitución nacional, por mencionar algunos de ellos. El artículo 89 aparece en esta imagen, dentro de esta misma siguen apareciendo distintos artículos los cuales justifica porque fueron violados y los explica de manera concisa y muy completa.
