The image shows news about the elections held by the constituent assembly in December 1857, in which officials were selected for positions such as: representative to Congress, members of the Judicial commission, substitutes, fiscal ministers and substitutes of the court, judges 1 and 2 of the Bogotá circuit in civil matters, Judges 1 and 2 in criminal matters, and judges of the Zipaquirá, Guaduas, Guamo, Garzón, Neiva, Mariquita and Chocontá circuits. Other appointments are also mentioned as members of the administrative council of the Colegio Mayor de San Bartolomé and trustee of the Neiva school. La imagen muestra una noticia sobre las elecciones realizadas por la asamblea constituyente en diciembre de 1857, en las cuales se seleccionaron funcionarios para cargos como: representante al Congreso, miembros de la comisión Judicial, suplentes, Ministros fiscales y suplentes del tribunal, jueces 1 y 2 del circuito de Bogotá en materia civil, Jueces 1 y 2 en materia criminal, y jueces de los circuitos de Zipaquirá, Guaduas, Guamo, Garzón, Neiva, Mariquita y Chocontá. También se mencionan otros nombramientos como miembros del consejo administrativo del Colegio Mayor de San Bartolomé y síndico del colegio de Neiva.
