Resumen
This work is an investigation of purposive evaluation scheme that aims to propose a methodological approach to the method of calculating the parameters that determine the vulnerability index by water availability, it is under the approach of case study with an observation unit defined as the watershed of the Quebrada Negra with an approximate area of 71, 7 hectares and a main runway with a length of 1.5 km, the study area is located in the Piluma, municipality of Cundinamarca Sasaima sidewalk.Given the changes in the socioeconomic dynamics that occur in the territory a number of specific issues such as the process of parceling accelerated as a result of rural urban transition which increases demand and pressure of the resources provided are evident rural areas mainly soil , water and biodiversity; to this are added factors common fisicogeograficos and social kind in the regional environment. Therefore the next target was raised "Ask a methodological approach for estimating the vulnerability index by water availability from micro regional approach in the Quebrada Negra micro-Piluma the municipality of Vereda Sasaima, Cundinamarca"; to comply with this object the development was proposed in three phases corresponding to document review, adjustments to the calculation method and finally validation of the method with case study. The information collected was processed using statistical packages Microsoft Excel, spatial analysis programs as ArcGis 10.2, AutoCAD and Google Earth. As a result analysis methodologies used to level Latin America, the definition of a calculation method with their valuation ranges and the formulation of a general equation, finally validation of the method developed for diagnosis of water vulnerability was obtained by shortages in the watershed.
