La imagen contiene la noticia acerca de la asamblea legislativa convocada por el poder ejecutivo el cual dirige a la corporación solicitando el informe sobre los datos de las rentas de la ciudad y los gastos que ocasione allí el gobierno del estado, esperando que se resuelva sobre dicha incorporación, considerando que sin esta resolución el gobierno de estado no puede tener la estabilidad, el orden y la regularidad que demandan las necesidades publicas.
