Resumen
This document presents the conception of a business plan that proposes the creation of an innovative platform aimed at connecting drivers with Automotive Diagnostic Centers (ADCs) in Bogota. The platform arises as a response to the growing need for efficiency in the vehicle review processes, offering a solution to the challenges faced by both drivers, when looking for reliable centers, and ADCs, when trying to reach a wider customer base. The proposal aims to transform the vehicle review experience in the city, providing a useful and efficient tool that contributes to the progress and modernization of the vehicle ecosystem in Bogota. The business plan was developed using the CANVA methodology and key analyses, such as the PEYEA matrix and the SWOT analysis, were conducted to identify critical factors that could influence the success of the company. Through these analyses, the feasibility of the project was determined and the necessary steps for its successful implementation were established. Important market opportunities were identified, and an aggressive strategy was designed to compete.
