Abstract

The cemeteries destined to burying corpses of Catholics were recognized, after the separation of the Church and the State, as well as the exclusive belonging of the Catholic communion,for article 3 of the law of May 14, 1855, on religious freedom, provides as follows: The cemeteries recognized as of the Catholic communion and blessed by their rites, will be of the exclusive belonging of that community for the burial of their corpses; but if such cemeteries would have been built with the concurrence of the municipal revenues of some district, they will be entitled to be compensated in the respective part for the income of that religious communion. " Taking into account the aforementioned background, the objective of this project has in order to identify the Hazards, Evaluate, Assess the Risks and Estimate the controls found in the Cemetery of Siena, under the light of current regulations and that they are contemplated in the legal frameworks designed for this purpose.
