Resumen
Bogotá presents the highest urban growth in Colombia and its Main Ecological Structure houses an important water system composed of surface and subterranean bodies, which irrigate the geomorphological features that constitute the two units of the characteristic landscape that forms the Eastern Hills and the plain where the city. Being primary elements, it is vital for citizens to assess the state of the same to the diverse supply of ecosystem services that they provide and that still have to be studied.It was determined the need to carry out an evaluation and analysis against the management and control of: the Eastern Hills of Bogotá from the declaration as a Reserve according to Resolution 076 of 1977 until its redelimination by Resolution 463 of 2005 and the Forest Reserve Producer of the North of Bogota to From the agreement of 2011 of the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca to the present, taking into account the different competences exercised by the national, regional and district environmental authorities on the reserves, the fiscal analysis was carried out with emphasis on the district management.
