Resumen
In this research is designed strategic planning for the company Sello Grafico S.A.S. a recollection of relevant information from the company that presents the current situation is performed, a survey is conducted to all employees involved, potential customers of the company; the methods of collecting information are applied to properly present it through office automation tools. This information is beginning to develop three important matrices, PCI, POAM and SWOT order to confront each of the key factors of each of these analyzes, linking opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. a vulnerability analysis is performed to identify the main points of risk in which the company is located. Finally, after making the respective information analysis concludes and consolidates the strategic plan and the reformulation of strategic direction to make the company have a better focus on their goals and objectives.
