Resumen
The project involved the development of an environmental policy for the company Bodega y Cocina SAS, based on the guidelines of the ISO 14001:2015 standard. To achieve this, an Environmental Management System was implemented from scratch, gathering relevant information for its formulation. Through a qualitative evaluation and utilizing an environmental aspects and impacts matrix, the impacts generated by the company's productive activities were identified. Based on these results, specific programs were designed with the aim of preventing, correcting, mitigating, or offsetting these environmental impacts. Two key programs were the "Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Program" and the "Environmental Education and Awareness Program." These programs focused on reducing solid waste and the creation of environmental awareness among the company's personnel. The project significantly emphasized the implementation of sustainable environmental practices in Bodega y Cocina SAS, with the goal of strengthening their commitment to environmental care and corporate social responsibility.
