Vivirse a sí misma: bitácora de psicomagia para contribuir al autocuidado y la autotransformación, en perspectiva del desarrollo humano

Abstract

This research-creation project in the scientific and artistic field, titled Living Oneself: A Psychomagic Journal to Contribute to Self-Care and Self-Transformation from a Human Development Perspective, weaves together knowledge, personal experiences, and theoretical insights on human development, feminist approaches to self-care, and psychomagic. These threads were intertwined to create a psychomagic journal for women—potential shamans—within the framework of the Specialization in Human Development with an Emphasis on Affective Processes and Creativity. The conceptual proposals and the created psychomagic journal aim to inspire women who engage with the psychomagical experiences I have intuited and conjured since 2020 to stimulate reflective subjectivity and reframe the significance of self-care, the power of imagination, experimentation, and creative expression in favor of human development.
