Diseño de un modelo de producción de chirimoya en el municipio de Guateque, Boyacá

Abstract

Colombia is a country rich in climates and agricultural products for this same condition, especially in fruits we have a great variety of exotic fruits, which little is known about its best production techniques as of its post-harvest treatment to facilitate its commercialization . One of the ways to close that technological gap in the agroindustry is the promotion of academic research in the country's agronomy with public and / or private financial support to continue in the process of transformation of the Colombian countryside, being more productive and efficient in the exploitation of our natural wealth. Taking into account the above, it is proposed in the present project is to design experimentation with different methods of propagation of fruits in a Chirimoya crop in the town of Guateque, Boyacá. This town was recognized until the 70's to be the largest producer of the region of this fruit, which for reasons of changing the microclimate and surely the lack of technology of the same stopped producing. Accompanied by the different methods of propagation of the fruit, analyzes of how to start the crop and care during the harvest are presented that allow to have a high yield, with this show the commercial and economic benefits of producing this fruit.
