The image contains a news item about the report about the constant complaints about the poor quality of the cattle that have been slaughtered in the public slaughterhouse, consequently it was the mayor of the city accompanied by the inspector of the 1st section of the municipal police and the official veterinarian, to review the conditions of the establishment, finding a critical situation of disorder, filth and the inhumanity that reign there, according to the mayor's own words. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el informe acerca de las constantes quejas acerca de la mala calidad del ganado que se ha degollado en el matadero público, por consecuente fue el alcalde de la ciudad acompañado por el inspector de la 1º sección de la policía municipal y el veterinario oficial, para revisar las condiciones del establecimiento encontrándose con una situación crítica de desorden, porquería y la inhumanidad que reinan allí, según propias palabras del alcalde.
