Abstract

The present internship proposes to establish a route that will be carried out to design the control of the laboratories of the TECHNE building belonging to the Electrical Technology Curricular Project located on the 3rd floor of the Technological Faculty. This proposal arises from the need to incorporate in these laboratories a PLC control system and HMI screen that allows to control the activation or deactivation of the banks, as well as the lighting system and defined for service hours. Currently, the laboratories in block 12 have limited control, which restricts some processes and also due to the capacity of the control equipment, it cannot be managed remotely or from an HMI screen. Therefore, the need to carry out the internship and define a control system that adjusts to the needs of the laboratories and their users. Finally, with the identification of input and output variables and the technical capabilities of the equipment involved in the control, the PLC and the Screen will be programmed, as well as the connection and communication structure of the different devices. involved in the control of laboratories and as permitted in the TECHNE building.
