Abstract

This document shows how to find and correct the position error caused by the mechanical backlash phenomenon in a Leadwell V20I machining center using ANFIS, which was done by taking the error data obtained by the controller of the machine in question and other measuring elements that contain a reliability and orders of magnitude similar to that of the aforementioned control. In addition to the above, the values obtained were used to identify the type of maintenance and the stage of wear in the mechanical positioning system. Similarly, the measuring elements and CNC equipment to be analyzed were selected according to the parameters of manufacturers, maintainability, and those used in the industrial sector.
