| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el proyecto de acuerdo alumbrado electrónico, por el cual se concede un privilegio exclusivo a una empresa para establecer y explotar el alumbrado eléctrico en la ciudad. Este acuerdo otorga a la empresa un plazo de 30 meses para iniciar el servicio y establece las condiciones para su operación. La empresa tendrá la facultad de dictar un reglamento para los suscriptores, cobrar una cuota por cada foco, suministrar las lámparas y aparatos necesarios, y podrá instalar postes y demás aparatos en las calles. A su vez, la empresa está obligada a garantizar la seguridad del sistema eléctrico y a mantener gratuitamente el alumbrado público. Fomentando el desarrollo de la infraestructura eléctrica en la ciudad de Bogotá y regular las condiciones bajo las cuales se prestará este servicio público. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains news about the electronic lighting agreement project, by which an exclusive privilege is granted to a company to establish and operate electric lighting in the city. This agreement gives the company a period of 30 months to start the service and establishes the conditions for its operation.
