Determinación del costo de producción y la capitalización de renta para el subsector productivo agrícola de mora de Castilla (Rubus Glaucus) en el departamento de Cundinamarca

Abstract

Cundinamarca is one of the departments with the highest production of blackberry to supply the market of Bogota and the department itself, being the province of Sumapaz the largest producer, for this reason visits were made to producer farms to characterize the inputs and resources used for oduction, the cost of these and determine the economic benefits of this production system and through the method of anticipation of benefits or income determine the value of the land able for the production of blackberry of Castilla. It was found that the prices of the product paid to the producer in farm don't have official sources of information, for this reason we proceeded to carry out interviews, also the analysis of prices of the main wholesalers of the products was made, with the purpose of being able to have an analysis of these with reference to those paid in farm and to be able to infer a relation between these two values, at the same time these historical prices allowed to establish the monthly and annual averages that were brought to present value with the inflation values of each year.
