Decreto Número 351 sobre impuesto de licores

Abstract

The image contains a notice about Decree Number 351 on liquor tax by the patent system of the provinces of Bogotá and Guaduas, indicating the date on which the auctions of such taxes must be verified, this decreed by the Governor of the Department of Cundinamarca stipulating that on January 29 for the respective auction of the income of distilled spirits of the Provinces of Bogotá and Guaduas before the respective Boards of classifiers. Additionally, the respective provincial adjudication of the auction of each Municipality is made, which will serve as the basis for a new bidding within the fifteen days following the second bidding held. Finally, it is stipulated that the referred auctions will be carried out in full compliance with all the prescriptions on the matter, which are contained in the Fiscal Code of Cundinamarca and in Ordinance number 18 of the current year, in the same way it is mentioned that said Decree will be published by the Secretary of Finance immediately the invitation to the auction and the respective statement of charges are issued.
